Airscape

A new piece of coffee gear at FYi from Mount Currie Coffee Co., the AirScape container forces air out through a valve as you compress the inner lid. Very innovative. Now someone needs to develop a grinder that works the same way, so you can evacuate the air out of the hopper!

Keeping your beans fresh is crucial and air is the enemy of fresh.
Thanks for the Airscape KRS!

John Deere Green.

You read it here first...
The rural redneck fashion flavor for this fall is... John Deere Green.

The rural redneck fashion flavor for this fall is... John Deere Green.
Don't forget to accessorize with genuine John Deere products.
Susanna (a.k.a. jane deere) got the JD 5045 to go with her outfit..
Joe Diffie even wrote a song about John Deere Green;
Twang, twang twang...
"They were farm kids way down in Dixie
They met in high school in the sixties
Everyone knew it was love from the start
One July in the midnight hour
He climed up on the water tower
Stood on the rail and painted a 10ft heart
In John Deere green"
"On a hot summer night
He wrote Billy Bob loves Charlene
In letters 3 foot high
And the whole town said that he should have used red
But it looked good to Charlene
In John Deere green"
"They settled down on 80 acres
Raising sweet corn,kids and tomaters
They went together like a hand and a glove
On a clear day from their front yard
If you look and know what to look for
Off to the east you can still read his words of love
In John Deere green"
"On a hot summer night
He wrote Billy Bob loves Charlene
In letters 3 foot high
And the whole town said the boy should have used red
But it looked good to Charlene
In John Deere green...."

It goes on like that.

FYi Studio 2.0
It's all about having the right tool for the job..

The future studio site progression: endless clearing.
The newest 'tool' at FYi is a 14ton Cat 314C excavator!
Just when you start to think you're pretty tough, an even bigger job requires machines that make the FYi excavator look like a toy...
This bad-boy could literally pick up the -32,000 lbs- 314C and toss it.
The view, with fresh snow on Mount Currie...

'sproh time.

This is the machine that makes the world go 'round at FYi (read liquid creativity dispenser)... The Quick Mill Andreja Premium, from Caffe Tech Canada.
I take my coffee making fairly seriously. Most people have never had a truly good cup of coffee. Starbuck's doesn't even register on the scale of epic espresso. There are many levels between mass production, and a pure art form.

It's go time right now at FYi, which means our 'sproh machine is running overtime/all the time.

Mmmmmm, cofffeee.
'sproh up.
