Airscape
A new piece of coffee gear at FYi from Mount Currie Coffee Co., the AirScape container forces air out through a valve as you compress the inner lid. Very innovative. Now someone needs to develop a grinder that works the same way, so you can evacuate the air out of the hopper!

Keeping your beans fresh is crucial and air is the enemy of fresh.
Thanks for the Airscape KRS!

'sproh time.
This is the machine that makes the world go 'round at FYi (read liquid creativity dispenser)... The Quick Mill Andreja Premium, from Caffe Tech Canada.

I take my coffee making fairly seriously. Most people have never had a truly good cup of coffee. Starbuck's doesn't even register on the scale of epic espresso. There are many levels between mass production, and a pure art form.

It's go time right now at FYi, which means our 'sproh machine is running overtime/all the time.

Mmmmmm, cofffeee.
'sproh up.

Mount Currie Coffee Co.

Spawned by Chris Ankeny, a.k.a. sproh-b-one-kanobi. The Mt.C.C.C. was a breakthrough for the whole Pemberton valley.

The best coffee in Whistler... is in Pemberton.

Espresso Bible

This is the bible of advanced esspressus maximus techniques. If you value a great cup of coffee, this is mandatory reading. This book was a gift from Richard Palmer of d3o.  We take our coffee seriously at FYI, you should too.

Montoak Tokyo

Our favorite hang-out joint in Tokyo. Cool architecture, mellow vibe, and excellent coffee.
